Q. How do I rent ?
​
Ans. It's simple. Browse through our collection on our website - add to carts all the items you would like to rent - click "get quote" button. A quote from our team will come to you within 24-48hrs of working business days, about availability and pricing. In case of urgent orders, Whatsapp us the required product image and get instant response on availability of the item for the dates you need them for.
Q. What about pricing and security deposit ?

Ans. Per day Pricing for each item is mentioned on their respective product page. Payments can be made via neft, rtgs , cheque and gpay. Payments need to be cleared before pickup of the products. 36 Hours starts from the time of pick up.
​
SECURITY DEPOSIT : Depending on your total rental value, a security deposit cheque needs to be submitted before pick up,equivalent to 5 times the value of the total amount. The cheque will be returned upon checking of the returned pieces. In case of damage, cost of the item damaged ( 5X the cost of rent) will be charged.
​
SPECIAL VIP DEPOSIT : In case of regular requirements, a special discounted VIP quarter month deposit can be made. Get in touch with our team to know more !

Q. What about packaging and delivery ?
​
Ans. PACKAGING : All items shipped from our warehouse will be packed and delivered in 'travel-mode' safe packaging. At the time of pick-up, items need to be packed by you in same manner. Special packaging care needs to be taken for items made of glass and ceramics.
​
DELIVERY : We can arrange for pick up and drop of the items at your location. Cost of delivery will be added to the final invoice once you give us the location of the shoot or event. Alternatively, you can also pick up and drop items directly to our warehouse in Koramangala,Bangalore.

Q. What if I want to extend my rental period ?
​
Ans. In case you want to extend the rental period in circumstances like delayed shoot or longer shoot hours, you can get in touch directly with your account executive and ask for availability of the item.
In case of availability on your dates ,the items rental can be extended, in case of prior booking for the item outside your booking date, we unfortunately won't be able to extend it further. In such cases where shoot/event timing can be uncertain, we recommend booking the items for one extra day.
Q. How soon before my event/shoot should I confirm my order? What if I want to cancel my order?

Ans.The Stage Prop recommends booking items with confirmed payment atleast 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability. However, you can confirm orders upto 2 days before your event without any additional cost.
Important Note : Orders will be considered confirmed only upon payment clearance.

You can cancel your order 2 days before the booked date at no additional cost. However, since we booked and locked the item just for you for a specific date, if you choose to cancel the booking 24-48 hours before dispatch, 25% of the invoice amount will need to be paid as cancellation fee.
Q. What if I want to rent it for more than 1 day, will I get any discounts ?

Ans. We don't offer discounts on rentals upto 2 days. If you want to rent items for more than 2 days, we do offer a 50% reduction in the rental prices for the subsequent dates. For rental period longer than 7 days, get in touch with your account executive for offers and details.
Q. Can I claim GST credit on my bill ?
​
Ans. Yes you can. At the time of placing the order, share your company details including - registered company name, GST number and registered company address.
Q. If I like the item , can I buy it ?
​
Ans. Yes you can. Please get in touch with your account executive in case you would like to buy the rented furniture or home decor product from The Stage Prop.
